Return Process

  Contact our dedicated client services team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original presentation box and protective outer sleeve, ensuring the cellophane seal remains intact for a valid return.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
